Brenda Gelwicks

Brenda Brooks-Gelwicks first began leading ZUMBA in 2011 and came to the Blaine Birch-Bay Park and Rec District 2 in 2012. She has received licenses in several of ZUMBA's programs, including ZUMBA, ZUMBA Toning, ZUMBA Step, ZUMBA Kids and ZUMBA in the Circuit. Brenda has always brought fun and smiles to her participants, inside and outside of her classes. She often hosts fun social activities for her participants and the community outside of classes, to bring everyone together and get to know each other better. Brenda brings amazing enthusiasm to her classes at the Blaine Pavilion and Blaine Senior Center. She currently leads classes in ZUMBA, ZUMBA Toning, ZUMBA Step and Line Dancing. Whether you're a beginner or a long time attender, you are sure to have a fantastic experience!

Carella Clark’s love for dance and fitness is what fuels her passion for teaching dance and group fitness.  Her Zumba classes are energetic, fun an filled with music that will get you moving while you burn those calories with a smile. She loves helping the community and helping people feel empowered. Which is why she started the Get Fit classes. Her goal was to give people that spark to enjoy getting fit and becoming stronger.
Carella hold certifications in AFAA group fitness, Zumba, Zumba Kids, Zumba Sentao, Fierce Funk and is working on her ACE group fitness certification.
She was born in Peru and raised with the love  for music and dance. She is a wife and stay at home mom to 4 kids. She also served in the US Navy for 7 years where the spark for health an fitness bloomed. Outside her fitness career she enjoys spending time with her family in the outdoors and is working on her BA degree in special education K-12. 

Angela Biondolillo’s love for music, exercise and people led her to a group fitness career in 2005.  This passion is what drives her to provide an upbeat, positive atmosphere so those involved can achieve their wellness goals.  Her classes focus on Strength and Endurance; all done to a handpicked playlist of music to inspire sweat and smiles.   
Current certifications include: ACE Group Fitness (2009), POUND (2013), Total Barre (2016), Optimal Muscle Training (2015), Posture and Mobility, Boot Camp, and TRX.  In addition to her certifications she is a proficient Spin, Tabata, HIIT, Body Strong and BOSU instructor.  She is also pursuing certifications in Personal Training and Nutrition. 
When she isn’t instructing she enjoys running half marathons, paddle boarding, taking flying lessons, and going on adventures with her husband and two kids.
